How do you handle property management maintenance requests?

Non-emergency maintenance requests must be made in writing by the tenant named on the lease. Our online property management system allows tenants to submit maintenance requests through our online tenant portal. Property maintenance requests can also be mailed, faxed, emailed or physically dropped off to our office.
